Payment Policy
• 100% payment is due at the time of registration.
• Payment method is by check or credit card.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to bigmag@itst.ucsb.edu.
• Cancellations made on or before April 6, 2018 will result in the loss of $100 from the Registration Fee.
• Cancellations made between April 7 and May 3, 2018 will result in the loss of 50% of the Registration Fee.
• Cancellations made after May 3, 2018 12:00am PST will result in the loss of 100% of the Registration Fee.
• Full refunds or partial refunds will not be processed for guests who choose to leave the program early.
• Payments made for registrations may not be transferred from one meeting to another. All cancellation policies apply.
• Refunds may take up to thirty (30) days after May 19, 2018 to be processed.
